we’re not your typical “bbq joint”. you won’t find austin, kansas city or memphis style here- and we wouldn’t pretend to be experts in those traditions. we’ve got deep respect for the craft, but our roots are right here in the pacific northwest. here we’ll be serving up casual comfort food with a northwest twist, each dish touched by a little element of smoke.

will you find mouthwatering smoked meats? absolutely. smokehouse sammies and hearty plates? you betcha. and yes, a few of your wiener wagon favorites will make an appearance too.
