We have owned and operated a food truck at our location for 4 seasons, and recently having taken over the indoor taproom space are now operating as one, cohesive business with both food and beverage service. We are a casual neighborhood Smokehouse and Taproom serving up smoked sandwiches, delicious dogs & snacks, 20 tap handles of craft beer & cider, a full wine list and a wide array of N/A beverages.

Food Truck & Cooking Staff:
$18-$24 /hour plus tip pool cut
Basic Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen. Execute menu correctly and efficiently.
Essential Functions:
• Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follows recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
• Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
• Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
• Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
• Assists with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas.
• The cleaning and sanitation of shift Dishes in the Commissary 3-comp sink as well as additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested.
Qualifications Knowledge
• Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
• Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Previous prep or line cook experience.
